Each piece custom constructed from various web reference for this interior scene. The mechanical bed is rigged to move like actual gurney.
Various interior/exterior lighting required some tweaks to get the right feel. All mesh models created in Hexagon with rendering & mapping with Carrara. Minimal Photoshop.
